Work Location: Colombia, 100% remote Schedule: 8 AM to 6 PM **Process Analyst and Project Manager.** Job Summary: Senior professional to lead the optimization and documentation of processes, manage the Service Management System, and coordinate projects with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Document and align processes, maintaining the document lifecycle. Administer and provide support for the ITSM platform, such as InvGate. Design dashboards in Power BI for data analysis and executive reporting. Support and participate in quality and ISO 20000 audits. Implement automations and participate in the development of artificial intelligence agents. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in process analysis and project management. Proficiency with ITSM tools, preferably InvGate. Knowledge of Power BI and O365 tools.
