Job Summary: This role supports the delivery and pickup of medical equipment, ensuring operational safety and user care through training and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Medical equipment delivery and pickup service 2. Patient training on oxygen handling and safety 3. Compliance with operational and safety standards **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** ------------------------------------- Timely provision of assigned route services while adhering to the company’s operational and safety standards; recording movements of assigned/collected equipment at customer addresses; and delivering high-quality user service—including explaining the operation and required precautions for oxygen cylinders and medical devices. Main Responsibilities: * Report all unsafe conditions or acts encountered during job performance to prevent workplace accidents * Load and unload medical equipment and devices onto/from the vehicle, observing established safety rules to ensure uninterrupted operations * Verify equipment loaded onto the vehicle to ensure alignment with service order requirements for the assigned route * Securely fasten equipment to the vehicle structure to prevent potential damage * Guide the driver to patients’ home addresses to avoid distraction during navigation * Assist drivers with reversing and parking maneuvers to prevent traffic accidents * Provide services (home delivery and pickup of equipment) in accordance with established procedures to ensure fulfillment of the service commitment * Conduct preliminary identification of risks at patients’ homes to promptly identify and mitigate risks associated with home oxygen therapy services * Train patients on the use of delivered medical devices and oxygen safety to ensure proper equipment usage and accident prevention at home * Assign equipment to patients via Oxy Logística to ensure full traceability and service order closure * Complete and accurately fill out documentation related to services rendered to guarantee availability of quality evidence * Report route-related incidents and patient data changes to the Distribution Assistant to ensure proper information registration * Safeguard documentation and equipment during route execution to prevent loss or damage * Maintain vehicle cargo compartments clean and orderly to comply with BPM and CCAA requirements **__________________________________** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- **Experience:** One year of experience in cargo handling, merchandise pickup and delivery. **Additional specific knowledge:** Familiarity with the city and its addresses, handling of heavy cargo, road safety, and customer service **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
