We are looking for a freelance professional to perform business visit scheduling tasks in the Colombian market, working remotely (TELEWORK), with proven experience in B2B sales and remote work, high responsibility, and commitment. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in **B2B** sales within the Human Resources sector **\-** Proficiency in technological tools / software \- Skills in research, lead prospecting, and follow-up. \- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities \- Must have a computer suitable for teleworking (8 GB RAM and WINDOWS); a test will be conducted **CONDITIONS:** \- Work comfortably from home; this position is **100% Home Office.** \- Stable freelance contract for 1 year, renewable. \- Monday to Friday, **8 hours per day** \- Financial compensation in euros: **€650 fixed monthly** \- Offer valid only for **COLOMBIA.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Making cold calls and sending emails to schedule business appointments \- Managing social media platforms to contact Colombian and Peruvian companies \- Managing cold databases \- Prospecting clients via social media and database handling \- Identifying and contacting decision-makers.
