Job Summary: At ITG, we are seeking a Web Designer with experience in creating, designing, and optimizing websites and conversion-focused landing pages, with an emphasis on UX/UI and mobile adaptability. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with WordPress and Elementor. 2. Creation and optimization of conversion-oriented landing pages. 3. Basic knowledge of UX/UI and mobile adaptability. At **ITG**, we are looking for a **Web Designer** experienced in website creation and design. **Required Profile:** * Experience in web page design and development. * Proficiency in **WordPress and Elementor**. * Experience creating and optimizing **landing pages** focused on conversion. * Basic knowledge of web design, structure, navigation, and user experience (UX/UI). * Ability to adapt pages for mobile devices. * Attention to detail and strong visual judgment. * Creative, organized, proactive individual capable of working autonomously. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Knowledge of **Meta Pixel** configuration and installation. * Knowledge of **Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager**. * Experience configuring events and conversions for digital advertising campaigns. * Basic knowledge of SEO and web page optimization. * Proficiency in graphic design tools for creating digital assets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, create, and update WordPress websites. * Build landing pages using Elementor. * Perform design, content, and structural adjustments to websites. * Optimize pages for mobile devices. * Support the implementation of measurement and tracking tools. * Perform configurations and adjustments related to digital campaigns when required. * Propose improvements to enhance user experience and page conversion. **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ statutory benefits Application Question(s): * Confirm your place of residence. * How many years of experience do you have as a Web Designer? * Have you created landing pages? * Have you read and do you agree with the terms of this job offer?
