WHO WE ARE Aló Credit is a Colombian Fintech in expansion. We finance smartphones under the “Buy Now, Pay Later” model. We operate in the country’s most important large retail stores. Every customer entering to look for a smartphone represents an opportunity. You turn it into a sale. YOUR MISSION Serve customers arriving at your assigned point of sale, guide them through the financing process, close the sale, and meet your monthly target—your point of sale, your customers, your commissions. WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY Serve customers Greet them warmly, listen attentively, and understand which smartphone they’re seeking. Advise on credit Explain how Aló Credit works and help them choose the plan best suited to their needs. Close the sale The customer’s “yes” is your objective. Each closed sale contributes to your commission. Record your activities Every customer served, every sale closed, every attempt made—the numbers matter. Meet your target Month after month. This is what differentiates base salary from full commission-based salary. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Minimum high school diploma (Bachillerato). Technical or technological degree in commercial fields is a plus. Minimum 1 year of in-person sales experience with physical products. Experience in large retail stores or general retail is even better. Authentic commercial attitude. Here, you don’t wait for customers—you proactively engage them within your assigned point of sale. Excellent personal presentation and clear communication skills. Availability to work rotating shifts within the 10 a.m.–7 p.m. window, fulfilling 44 weekly hours, including two Sundays per month with compensatory time off as required by law. Strong motivation to meet targets and earn the commissions you deserve. WHAT WE OFFER Base salary: $1,800,000 + Transportation allowance + Commissions: highly competitive (the more you sell, the more you earn—provided quality is maintained). Sunday/holiday surcharges.
