Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the position of Banking Engineering Analyst, with experience in process design and transformation, integration of digital tools, and continuous improvement. Profile: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Administration with an operations focus. Experience: Two (2) years in process design, redesign, and transformation with integration of digital tools; process automation; data analytics; service design; implementation and management of continuous improvement projects; measurement and evaluation of workloads, productivity, and organizational structure; time and motion studies. Knowledge: Lean Six Sigma, Lean Process, Kaizen, Service Design, Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping. Process analysis tools: Ishikawa Matrix, root cause analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), etc. Process modeling using BPMN methodology. Proficiency in Bizagi Modeler or Visio.
