We are seeking Collections Advisors for Administrative or Written-Off Portfolios. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · Minimum of 4 months’ experience in collections. · Positive attitude and willingness to learn. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS · Salary: o $1,750,905 (current legal minimum wage) MONTHLY o Transportation allowance: $249,095 o Uncapped commissions · Contract: Indefinite-term contract (JOB STABILITY). · Work mode: 100% on-site. WORK SCHEDULES · Monday to Friday: o 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM o 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM o 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Rotating Saturdays (3-hour shifts) TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT · 5 days of training upon hiring.
