Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up Job Offer: Microfinance Advisor Location: Chia or surrounding areas Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Employment: Direct with the company Salary: $1,870,843 to 2,829,758 (depending on experience) + mobility allowance of 278,780 + uncapped commissions. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (the first three Saturdays of each month are granted based on performance; the mandatory Saturday is the last one of the month). We are looking for a Plus Microfinance Advisor for SMEs, responsible for managing, analyzing, and disbursing loans targeted at small and medium-sized enterprise owners, thereby contributing to regional economic development. Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the SME client portfolio. * Conduct field visits for financial assessment and credit analysis, with minimum loan amounts of 15 current legal minimum monthly wages (SMLV) and maximum amounts of 25 SMLV. * Verify business conditions, repayment capacity, and credit usage. * Achieve commercial and portfolio quality targets. * Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up. Required Profile: Academic Qualifications: Technical, technological, or university degree in commercial, financial, or administrative fields. Experience: Over 2 years in microcredit. Skills: Proactivity, results orientation, negotiation ability, portfolio management, fieldwork capability, and customer focus.
