We are looking for a Plus SME Microfinance Advisor responsible for managing, analyzing, and disbursing loans targeted at small and medium enterprise owners, thereby contributing to regional economic development. Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the SME client portfolio. * Conduct field visits for financial evaluation and credit analysis, with minimum loan amounts of 15 current legal minimum monthly wages (SMLV) and maximum amounts of 25 SMLV. * Verify business conditions, repayment capacity, and credit usage. * Achieve commercial and portfolio quality targets. * Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up. Candidate Profile: Academic Background: Technical, technological, or university degree in commercial, financial, or administrative fields. Experience: Over 2 years in microloans. Skills: Proactivity, results orientation, negotiation ability, portfolio management, fieldwork capability, and customer focus.
