Candidates must demonstrate willingness to learn, as the company will sponsor their business career path. Promotion timelines range from 2 months to a maximum of 12 months (training is paid). While being promoted, average monthly earnings range from 3 to 4 million COP; no prior experience is required, as the company provides comprehensive commercial training and skill refinement. Excellent earnings and substantial commissions are offered; payments are made weekly.
