Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Payroll Deduction Loan Origination to lead the strengthening of the external freelance commercial force and ensure achievement of targets. High performance-based commissions with no ceiling Job Purpose: (WE ARE HIRING PERSONNEL ACROSS THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT OF BOLIVAR) We seek a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Payroll Deduction Loan Origination (Pension Sector) with solid experience in companies exclusively specialized in payroll deduction loans, preferably in loans for the pension sector or pensioners. The candidate will manage the strengthening of the national external freelance commercial force, ensuring achievement of loan placement targets and adherence to credit quality standards. (Important): Rapid formation of freelance or vendor teams — external commercial force. Commission for Freelancers or external commercial force you bring onboard: Portfolio purchase fee of $70,000 per million — $80,000 free investment per million. We Offer: Initial fixed-term employment for 2 months; based on performance and results, it becomes indefinite. Base salary ranging from COP 2,500,000 to COP 3,500,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-based commissions. High salary commissions based on percentage of target achievement, with no ceiling. Professional projection and organizational growth. Job Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate the formation of national external commercial force groups (Freelance). Design and implement payroll deduction loan origination strategies. Ensure achievement of placement, growth, and profitability targets. Safeguard credit quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies. Support training, monitoring, and productivity processes for Freelancers.
