Autonomy and leadership in a strategic role Job Purpose: (WE ARE HIRING THROUGHOUT THE DEPARTMENT OF META) We seek a Technician, Technologist, or Professional specializing in Payroll Deduction Loan Origination (Pension Sector), with solid experience in companies exclusively dedicated to payroll deduction loans — preferably those focused on pension-sector or pensioner loans. The role requires managing and strengthening the national external freelance commercial force, ensuring achievement of disbursement targets and adherence to credit quality standards. (Important): Rapid formation of freelance or vendor work teams and external commercial force. Commission for Freelancers or External Commercial Force You Bring In: Portfolio purchase fee of $70,000 per million — $80,000 free investment per million. We Offer: Initial fixed-term employment for 2 months; based on performance and results, it transitions to indefinite-term. Base salary ranging from COP 2,500,000 to COP 3,500,000 depending on experience + uncapped performance-based commissions.
