This role is for someone who has already moved beyond performing ETL to designing architecture, productizing models, and making high-impact technical decisions. Key Responsibilities Data Architecture Design and evolution of the company’s Data Lake / Warehouse. Robust and automated pipelines End-to-end automation of critical business data flows. MLOps CI/CD, model versioning, and production monitoring. Model deployment Real-time and batch inference integrated with business systems. Source integration External APIs, credit bureaus, core banking systems, and multiple data providers. TECHNOLOGY STACK Python · Advanced SQL · Cloud · Airflow / Prefect · Docker · Spark · REST APIs Requirements: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; specialization or master’s degree in data science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or big data is desirable. Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles. Employment Conditions Salary: $13,000,000 to $15,000,000 COP (based on experience and expertise).
