It is essential to have proven skills in advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and generation of strategic insights. Requirements: Professional Economist, Engineer, Mathematician, or Statistician with specialization or master's degree in Data Science. Proven experience using SQL, Python, and R (minimum 3 years). Strong knowledge of data and machine learning model design and optimization. Knowledge of MongoDB, Knime, PySpark. Ability to lead data analytics initiatives and generate strategic insights. Responsibilities: Apply comprehensive project management skills, covering all phases from initial conception through execution and closure. This includes the ability to plan from scratch, define clear objectives, design effective strategies, manage resources, and coordinate teams, ensuring efficient completion of project stages aligned with organizational goals. Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to process and analyze large volumes of data, extracting key information to support decision-making. Identify hidden patterns, relationships, and trends in data, generating insights that deliver strategic value to the organization and facilitate continuous process improvement. Develop and train machine learning models to predict future behaviors and outcomes, enabling anticipation of critical events. Propose strategic solutions based on data analysis findings, providing accurate and actionable information to support tactical and strategic decisions. Continuously evaluate and refine models and processes to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. Automate models, optimize repetitive processes, and improve operational efficiency using machine learning tools. Ensure monitoring and reporting to guarantee decisions are data-driven and actionable.
