Therefore, we are seeking an Environmental Assistant — a person passionate about sustainability, organization, and working with diverse stakeholder groups — who wishes to contribute to environmental care across our Gran Plaza Shopping Centers. What will be your purpose in this role? Support the shopping center’s environmental management, ensuring compliance with environmental and sanitary guidelines, promoting best practices, and strengthening our sustainability programs. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Conduct environmental and sanitary inspections of tenants. Coordinate waste separation and composting processes in the mall. Support the development and documentation management of environmental and sanitary records. Monitor and report on environmental indicators. Support the implementation and management of environmental sustainability programs. Monitor environmental parameters of interest (e.g., drinking water, precipitation, among others). Support budget execution for the area. Deliver environmental training sessions for various stakeholder groups. What are we looking for in you? Technologist or Professional in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in waste management and environmental and sanitary documentation management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing skills. Willingness to learn, proactivity, and commitment to environmental stewardship. What do we offer you? Office hours, Monday to Friday (in-person modality); availability to rotate across our Gran Plaza Shopping Centers.
