Place productive loans in the field and manage the portfolio of financial products. Acquire and retain customers by providing personalized advisory services. Ensure portfolio quality through constant monitoring. Explore new areas and opportunities to expand the market. · What do you need to apply? Education: Technical, technological, professional degree, or current student in administrative, commercial, or financial fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, etc.). Experience: Minimum 1 year as an external advisor at financial institutions, preferably in microcredit. Commercial skills, service orientation, fieldwork capability, and results focus. · What we offer: Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the bank. Base salary starting at $2,365,000 (adjustable based on microcredit experience). Operational transportation allowance + accessible performance-based commissions. All statutory social benefits.
