We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant responsible for supporting the execution of recruitment, onboarding, and social security system affiliation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive experience for employees from their entry. Main Responsibilities: Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and onboarding documentation. Process affiliations and updates with EPS (Health Providers), AFP (Pension Funds), ARL (Occupational Risk Providers), Compensation Funds, and other social security entities. Validate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Support contract signing and onboarding of new employees. Maintain up-to-date personnel databases and employment records. Monitor contract expiration dates and administrative updates. Provide general support to Human Resources department processes. Requirements: Education: Technician or graduate degree in Human Talent, Administrative Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, social security affiliations, and personnel document management. Desirable Knowledge: Proficiency in social security affiliation platforms. Intermediate Excel skills. Document management and database handling. Excellent internal customer service.
