Job Summary: Human Resources Coordinator responsible for structuring, optimizing, and leading human talent and organizational development processes. Key Highlights: 1. Seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for structuring, optimizing, and leading human talent processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and organizational development. 1. Lead personnel selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. 2. Manage payroll, social security, and labor-related updates. 3. Administer the SG-SST (Occupational Safety and Health Management System). 4. Design and implement occupational well-being programs. 5. Manage disciplinary processes in accordance with current legislation. 6. Prepare managerial reports and human resources performance reports. Conduct performance evaluations and organizational climate assessments. 7. Design training, capacity-building, and knowledge management plans. 8. Structure and optimize Human Resources department processes. Professional degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Specialization in Human Resources Management (required). Minimum 3 years of experience leading Human Resources processes. Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. Prior experience in FINANZA / Call Center (highly valued). Leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Work modality: 100% in-person Location: Chico Norte Contract: Fixed-term contract for one (1) year; renewal and eventual conversion to an indefinite-term contract depend on employee performance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
