We are currently seeking an Insurance Assistant in Cali: an organized individual with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and knowledge relevant to this role. What will you do in this role? * Monitor and support the issuance of insurance policies for all loans * Manage insurance claims with insurance providers * Receive and follow up on requests and messages from internal and external customers * Assist in preparing process reports * Conduct document reviews for policy management (inclusions, claims, lien releases, declarations) What are we looking for? - Technician, professional, or final-semester student in Business Administration or related fields - Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles - Solid knowledge of insurance and insurance policies is mandatory - Proficiency in office software and intermediate Excel skills - Experience managing databases We offer: * Indefinite-term employment contract * Salary: COP 2,008,000 + legal transportation allowance.
