Requirements: Education: Currently enrolled in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related professional programs (minimum one year of approved coursework and legally eligible to begin internships). Networking: Basic knowledge of data networks (OSI model, IP addressing, concepts of switches and routers). Systems: Familiarity with basic administration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Desirable: Interest or basic knowledge of virtualization tools or cloud concepts (Azure / AWS). Key Skill: Orientation toward internal customer service, proactivity, and ability to resolve technical issues. Mandatory: Explicit endorsement from your university to begin the internship immediately. Conditions: Location: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation: Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV) + full ARL affiliation.
