Job Summary: We are seeking a technically and administratively skilled IT Management Analyst with strategic vision to lead N1 support, integrate AI for automation, and optimize ticket management. The ideal candidate will be a technically and administratively oriented profile with a strategic vision focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. We seek an individual capable of leading N1 support architecture, with the ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence tools for workflow automation, ticket management optimization, and predictive analysis of technological incidents. Proper operation of the technological infrastructure, network services, operating systems, and associated equipment (CCTV, firewall…). This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and the availability of the company’s IT resources. Responsibilities N1 Support: Management and closure of technical tickets (hardware, software, and connectivity) according to defined service level agreements (SLAs). Administrative Management: Vendor oversight and full IT billing cycle (receipt, review, and registration).
