We are seeking Junior and Senior Java Developers nationwide to design and build secure, reliable, and scalable applications and systems—enhancing organizational efficiency and improving existing processes through the use of cutting-edge technology and the industry’s best standards. Maintain continuous research and monitoring, collaborate with other professionals, and comply with security and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: - Design and implement new functionalities for the organization’s internal applications to meet internal and external customer requirements. - Maintain and support internally developed and/or third-party applications to ensure smooth business operations. - Address incidents and enhancements of any complexity related to the company’s internal applications, aiming for optimal response and resolution times for production incidents. What We Are Looking For: - Academic level: Students in final semesters and/or professionals in Systems Engineering or related fields. - Knowledge of Java, Python, Angular, React, and .NET - Solid SQL language skills (experience with MySQL database engine). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate development - Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and Test-Driven Development methodologies - Experience as a developer using multiple programming languages; implementation of Artificial Intelligence for development processes is essential. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on employee needs); Fridays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
