BIC, the first financial entity certified as a B Corporation, is seeking an INFORMATION ANALYST II Position Objective: Analyze, process, and interpret strategic data (Human Management) using analytical and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI), in order to generate actionable insights, optimize processes, propose improvements in planning, and ensure achievement of the strategic objectives of the Human Management Directorate. Responsible for preparing Human Management area reports and deliverables for the Company’s various directorates, as well as providing operational support to area processes through the creation and management of tracking and control matrices. Execute automation of internal processes. Create interactive dashboards using DAX and Power Query. Requirements: • Technical degree in administrative sciences, engineering, and/or statistics; or currently enrolled student in the 5th semester of engineering or statistics programs. Knowledge of Access, Power BI, Query, SQL, and basic Python. • Three (3) years of experience in this position or related roles.
