We offer: Contract: Indefinite-term contract, directly with CFA. Salary: Base salary of $3,077,000 + commissions + extra-legal benefits. Schedule: Thursday to Tuesday (Wednesday as compensatory day) Modality: 100% field work — must reside in Salgar or neighboring municipalities (Ciudad Bolívar, Concordia, Betulia, Tarso, and Urrao) Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in external sales, field work, or commercial sectors (e.g., TAT advisors, intangible product sales, or preferably microcredit). Education: High school diploma, technical, or technological degree in administrative, financial, accounting, marketing, or sales fields.
