As an Operational Process and Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the company’s processes, as well as identifying, analyzing, and defining action plans to mitigate process-related risks; supporting the implementation of effective internal controls; overseeing the full risk lifecycle; and thoroughly documenting all relevant processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency—integrating automation tools and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency and enable proactive risk detection. Key responsibilities associated with this role include: - Conducting detailed process mapping and documentation using flowcharts and other technical tools such as SIPOC, aligned with Quality Management best practices. - Managing the entire risk lifecycle—from identification and assessment through control implementation and continuous monitoring—for RapiCredit’s processes and implemented management systems. - Proposing and executing continuous process improvement plans, collaborating across departments to optimize operations and generate efficiencies—including cost savings, risk reduction, and expense optimization. - Developing and maintaining up-to-date documentation of RapiCredit’s processes and associated risks, including manuals, procedures, and periodic reports. - Creating internal communication materials—newsletters, presentations, training sessions, and workshops—to ensure all collaborators are informed, aligned, and trained on key operational requirements and policies governing implemented management systems. What qualifications must you meet? - Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles. - Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT, Advanced Excel and Power BI; Bizagi is desirable, as well as risk and quality governance software: Binaps or Global Suite or CERO, and process automation tools. - Internal Auditor for Quality Management System (ISO 9001). Internal Auditor certification for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 is desirable. Courses in ISO 31000 and Personal Data Management. · How do we work? We operate under a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days remotely. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Our offices are located in Usaquén, with easy access to public transportation.
