Discover the Role The HR RDC - Trainee actively participates in the daily operations of Human Resources, supporting employee information management, documentation, metrics, and coordination with various departments. This is an ideal role for gaining practical experience, understanding key HR processes, and developing administrative and service skills within a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and maintenance of employee records. Update HR databases (e.g., SAGE). Prepare and modify, as needed, HR documents such as employment contracts, addendums, etc. Stay informed about requirements, including legal compliance and internal compliance. Communicate with external colleagues. Regularly report on HR metrics. Provide assistance to payroll and all other stakeholders by delivering relevant employee information. Assist with various HR administrative tasks. Manage requests via the workflow tool / email. Prepare all requested documentation on time, following specific procedures and standards. Key Requirements Currently studying Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Interest in building a professional career in Human Resources. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and service orientation. Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, corporate email).
