This role has a direct impact on customer experience and on achieving store-level commercial objectives. We seek individuals passionate about service and interested in growing within the retail sector. Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate customer service experience at the point of sale. Actively support in-store sales by guiding customers and resolving their inquiries. Contribute to achieving the sales targets set for each store. Support product display and organization at the point of sale. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall commercial objectives. Manage the cash register process, including collections and cash reconciliation, accurately and efficiently. Participate in training and development activities offered by the company. Requirements: ADDRESSED TO people with disabilities holding a VALID CERTIFICATE issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. High school diploma. Knowledge and skills in customer service or sales. Proactive attitude. Focus on goal achievement and target attainment. Ability to work in a team and meet commercial objectives.
