Flexibility to rotate across different stores in the city The COMFANDI Employment Management and Placement Agency, in partnership with a leading company in the commercial and retail sector, is seeking a dynamic, charismatic candidate with a strong passion for the commercial sector for the position of Sales Advisor (36 hours) in Cali. Position Objective: To deliver exceptional advisory service and comprehensive customer support throughout the purchasing process, drive the brand’s commercial targets, ensure optimal point-of-sale presentation, and maintain high flexibility to rotate across different stores in Cali according to operational scheduling. Responsibilities and Functions: Greet, guide, and accompany customers on the sales floor, identifying their needs and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Proactively contribute to achieving both individual and store-wide commercial budgets and objectives. Actively support daily opening and closing procedures of the store, as well as merchandise organization, display, and arrangement. Rotate and provide support across the brand’s various points of sale in Cali, according to logistical requirements and scheduled shifts. Profile Requirements: Academic Qualification: High school graduate. Experience: Minimum of 1–6 months of verifiable experience in commercial roles, customer service, or sales—preferably in clothing stores, footwear retailers, department stores, or the retail sector. Key Competencies: Excellent verbal fluency, dynamism, commercial drive, interest in fashion or service, and adaptability to change. Vacancy Conditions: Salary: COP $1,432,500 base + statutory benefits + excellent performance-based commissions. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (job stability and career growth). Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca (willingness to rotate among various shopping malls or brand outlets). Work Schedule: 36-hour weekly schedule, working Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day off per week (according to assigned scheduling).
