You will be the leader responsible for directing, coordinating, and motivating a team of sales promoters deployed across various locations of a major large-retail company. Your management will be critical to ensuring flawless execution of the Alo Credit model, guaranteeing adherence to high performance standards, results, and an organizational culture focused on goals. Key Responsibilities: Daily supervision of assigned point-of-sale operations. Leading and motivating the sales promoter team, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. Conducting effective coaching and feedback sessions, implementing continuous improvement plans. Analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and proposing commercial optimization strategies. Ensuring achievement of key indicators such as sales, customer acquisition, effectiveness, and productivity. Promptly managing conflicts and maintaining a healthy work environment. Verifying compliance with schedules, personal appearance, service protocols, and proper use of commercial tools. Ensuring team alignment with Alo Credit’s brand standards and business model. Profile We Are Seeking: Academic Background: Professional degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Minimum Experience: 5 years leading commercial teams in large retail chains or retail channels. Essential (but not exclusive): Personal vehicle to facilitate mobility. Desirable Knowledge: Basic Excel proficiency, commercial data analysis, sales strategies, leadership of high-performing teams, and KPIs. Essential Competencies: Analytical ability and strategic vision. Assertive communication and inspirational leadership. Results orientation and ability to make decisions under pressure. Effective planning, organization, and team follow-up. Compensation Package: Base Salary: $2,000,000 Performance-based variable: Up to $800,000, with potential to exceed target Mobility allowance: $300,000 Statutory overtime premiums. Biweekly payments.
