We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Bogota - Eldorado. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. This position, titled Junior Operations Analyst II, focuses on insurance policy management and client programs within general insurance operations. You will be responsible for policy maintenance, billing, customer communications, and coordination with commercial teams and insurers to ensure smooth operational processes. **We will count on you for:** * Maintaining and reviewing insurance policies against DA and managing multiple clients. * Administering clients' insurance programs, including inclusions and exclusions. * Handling and managing policy updates. * Following up on pending renewal processes according to defined procedures. * Coordinating inspections with insurers and reporting to the Commercial Team. * Initiating issuance processes with insurers and tracking them until completion. * Reviewing policies and documents issued by insurers. * Preparing guarantee letters and subjectivities. * Sending policies and modification annexes to the Commercial Team and clients. * Processing endorsements and following up on transportation reports and periodic charges. * Updating the tracking of each request in the system and managing extensions as confirmed by the insurer. **What you need to have:** * Technologist or recent graduate in administrative or related fields, or currently a student. * Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance operations. * Knowledge of general insurance (Property, IRF), intermediate Excel, and basic English (preferable). **What makes you stand out:** * Proactivity and teamwork with a results focus. * Critical thinking. * Experience in insurance companies, brokers, or agencies. **Why join our team:** * We help you become your best self through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and leaders who support you. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and generate impact for colleagues, customers, and communities. * Our scale allows us to offer a variety of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your wellbeing.
