Management of technical staff and customer service An electronic security company is seeking an Electronics or Systems Engineer (or related field) to fill the position of Project Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for structuring, designing, and estimating costs for comprehensive electronic security solutions; customer service; technical staff management; and requirement management. The candidate will lead new and ongoing electronic security projects for the company, such as Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Alarm Systems, Pedestrian and Vehicle Access Control Systems, and Fire Network Systems. Knowledge required includes structuring and designing electronic security systems, pipe and cabling installation, LAN networks, switch administration and operation, and electrical network management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; expertise in budget structuring; commercial management experience (e.g., project presentations to clients, post-sales advisory services, etc). Basic Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, project management, information gathering, cost estimation, supplier management, execution and monitoring of schedules, project performance indicators, and report preparation. Minimum 1 year of experience; salary negotiable based on profile.
