Job Purpose Provide technical support, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support network infrastructure, and ensure appropriate control of the company’s technological assets. Main Responsibilities Technical Support and Maintenance Infrastructure and Networks Maintenance of structured cabling. Support in rack installation and organization, and network points. Verification of switches, routers, and connectivity. CCTV and IP Telephony Equipment Management and New Employee Onboarding Preparation and configuration of equipment. Creation of corporate accounts and access credentials. Equipment delivery and responsibility documents. Support in Cybersecurity Other duties assigned by the department head Requirements Technical degree in Systems, Networks, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. Knowledge of: Networks. Hardware and software maintenance. CCTV and IP telephony. Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019. Basic Linux. Competencies Organization and technical documentation.
