Job Summary: A Welding Technician is required to perform welding procedures, ensuring quality in repairs and fabrications, interpreting blueprints, and handling various welding types. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of cutting and layout for welding processes. 2. Proficiency in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding. 3. Responsibilities: Knowledge of cutting and layout for welding processes. Proficiency in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding. Use of hand and power tools. Joining, filling, and cutting metal parts. Identifying materials, shapes, dimensions, and welding characteristics required.
