This role will be based in **Cartagena**, and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week working onsite at the office. This position will focus on client management for a continuously growing group comprising **7 companies**, characterized by high daily demand and diverse needs. The role arises from operational growth and the need for a dedicated individual to ensure comprehensive account management and close client support. You will report to the **Commercial Submanager** in Cartagena and will hold a highly visible role, combining commercial focus and technical expertise to respond to day-to-day requirements. **You will be responsible for:** * Managing our client’s account and its 7 companies comprehensively, ensuring service continuity, pending item control, and timely delivery. * Responding to daily client requests with prompt, clear, and technically sound responses tailored to each need. * Supporting the client in managing their requirements, coordinating internally with Marsh teams and with the insurance market as applicable. * Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, tracking, and effective escalation when required. * Supporting the Commercial Submanager in fully managing the client relationship—identifying needs, priorities, and service improvement opportunities. * Managing multiple concurrent tasks with strong organization and attention to detail in a high-growth, high-demand environment. **What you need to have:** * Prior experience in client-facing account servicing and management roles within the insurance industry (broker and/or insurer). * A commercially oriented profile with relationship-building, negotiation, and demanding client management capabilities. * Technical knowledge of insurance to substantiate recommendations and respond to the client’s operational/commercial requirements. * Organizational and tracking skills to manage volume and multiple parallel workstreams. **What makes you stand out:** * Experience managing corporate clients with multi-company structures or multiple concurrent lines/topics. * Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and sustain a high pace of service delivery without compromising quality. * Effective communication and service orientation, with a solutions-focused mindset. **Why join our team:** * We help you become your best self through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create new solutions and make an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables us to offer a wide range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
