This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Account Executive I **Role Objective:** Comprehensively manage assigned accounts or territories through sales and post-sales management for current and/or new enterprise segment clients, targeting the organization’s digital fixed and mobile portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth and market share expansion. **Experience** Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in selling digital products and/or technology solutions (SD-WAN, UCaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity) within the enterprise segment. **Professional Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities** * Market enterprise plans for both basic and advanced portfolios to fulfill the Company’s defined sales processes for each service. * Handle post-sales requests from clients involving billing modifications, ensuring compliance with their requirements. * Monitor pending installations or services within the portfolio for clients, establishing agreements with relevant departments to expedite resolution. * Ensure client billings align with agreements made with the Company, reporting any discrepancies to the corresponding Service Executive. * Monitor client receivables to inform them of potential service suspensions or terminations due to overdue payments. * Prepare required reports to meet the Company’s information needs. * Perform oversight or auditing functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor, efficiently and promptly supporting the administration of associated commercial agreements. * Participate in implementation (when required) and adherence to policies and guidelines established by the Company for its normal operations and goal achievement. * Understand and apply applicable regulations governing the processes and procedures in which the role participates, as defined by the organization. * Perform other complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with applicable best practices and legal requirements of the Integrated Management System, oriented toward continuous improvement and operational quality.
