Discover what life is like at BCD M\&E at bcdme.com/careers Join our team as an Air Consultant at BCD Meetings \& Events Responsibilities Manage client air travel requests using authorized GDS platforms—Sabre, Amadeus, Kiu—ensuring compliance with policies and service conditions established among suppliers, clients, and BCD Meetings \& Events, and performing necessary follow-up to guarantee fulfillment of client requirements. Prepare accurate quotes tailored to each event’s specific needs, ensuring client requirement compliance and enhancing satisfaction by providing advisory support and exploring value-generating options. Contact attendees individually via client-authorized channels—including email, WhatsApp, or telephone—respecting response timeframes defined per event, to meet agreed-upon service-level agreements with the client. Prepare detailed reports for each assigned event, following established guidelines and timelines. Complete operational closure using the designated tool, thereby ensuring fulfillment of client requests. Requirements Prior experience working with GDS systems. Experience in customer follow-up and support—including issuing reservations, making changes, and resolving ticket-related issues. Knowledge of corporate client management. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
