Participation in security industry events A leading Colombian company specializing in comprehensive video surveillance and electronic security system solutions, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, is seeking proactive individuals for the position of Commercial Advisor in Bogotá to perform the following responsibilities: * Advise clients on electronic security solutions according to their needs (access control, alarms, electric fences, video door phones, etc.) * Clearly explain the theoretical operation of security equipment to clients. * Manage product and service warranties, ensuring compliance with company policies and established timelines. * Achieve monthly and annual targets, contributing to both assigned location objectives and overall company results. * Participate in fairs, industry events, and training sessions related to security (occasional). **Offer** Full-time contract: minimum wage plus commissions, including all statutory benefits and biweekly payments. The hiring process is fast; immediate availability is required. New hires receive one week of training followed by a 15-day probationary period. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.
