At **La Sultana**, we are looking for **Piece-rate Backhoe Loader Operators based on actual generated fees**, committed and responsible individuals with experience in forestry operations, to support timber harvesting and management activities, ensuring safety, proper equipment care, and operational efficiency. **Work Location:** Forestry Project / Km 22 El Gigante Road, Huila Requirements * High school diploma (desirable but not mandatory). * Certification or training as a Yellow Machinery Operator (desirable but not mandatory). * Valid driver's license, compliant with applicable regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating a backhoe loader, preferably in forestry projects, earthmoving, or timber utilization. * Knowledge of pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance of heavy machinery. * Knowledge of and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Main Responsibilities * Safely and efficiently operate the backhoe loader during forestry harvesting activities. * Support the opening and improvement of forest roads when required. * Load, move, stack, and handle logs or other forestry materials following instructions from the supervisor or project leader. * Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and report mechanical or operational issues. * Ensure proper use, cleaning, and basic maintenance of assigned equipment. * Comply with company-established operational, environmental, and safety procedures. * Support related operational activities when necessary.
