Participation in projects with national and international clients. **Publication Date:** 2026\-08\-26 **Job Location:** Medellín Profile: \-We seek a Civil Engineer with experience and interest in civil and structural design of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage electrical substations. Postgraduate education in Structures, Seismic Resistant Design, or related fields of structural engineering will be highly valued. Education: \-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. \-Specialization in Structures, Seismic Resistant Design, or related areas of structural engineering is desirable. Experience: \-Desirable 1–3 years of specific experience in civil and structural design of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage electrical substations. Knowledge and Skills: \-Civil and structural design applied to high-voltage and extra-high-voltage electrical substations. \-Basic knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. \-Basic proficiency in specialized software for analysis and design of steel structures and civil works. \-Ability to interpret and apply technical standards, specifications, and structural design criteria. \-Knowledge of seismic-resistant design is desirable. Language: \-English at C1 level is preferred, for handling emails, participating in teleconferences with clients, and reading and interpreting technical standards and specifications in English. Key Responsibilities: \-Participate in the development of civil and structural designs for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage electrical substations. \-Prepare and review designs, drawings, and associated technical documentation for civil works and structures. \-Support the analysis and design of steel structures and civil works using specialized tools. \-Respond to technical requirements from clients and project teams. \-Interpret and apply standards, technical specifications, and design criteria. \-Participate in technical meetings and teleconferences with national and international clients, as required.
