Job Responsibilities: \-Manage assigned customers telephonically and digitally to ensure portfolio recovery. \-Ensure implementation of collection, attention, and customer service policies. \-Implement protocols defined by the company during the collection process. \-Make efficient use of assigned technological tools and applications. \-Meet productivity indicators through an effective number of daily interactions. \-Profile: Must be a certified high school graduate with at least 6 months of experience in administrative portfolio collection and/or customer service.
