This role is critical to ensuring the effective implementation of collection and customer service policies, meeting the recovery and productivity indicators established by our organization. Job Responsibilities: \- Manage assigned customers via telephone and digital channels to ensure debt recovery. \- Ensure implementation of collection, attention, and customer service policies. \- Implement company-defined protocols during the collection process. \- Use assigned technological tools and applications efficiently. \- Meet productivity indicators through an effective number of daily interactions. \- Profile: Must hold a certified high school diploma and have at least 6 months of experience in administrative debt collection and/or customer service.
