Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and experienced C3 Driver to ensure the safe transportation of delicate cargo, manage logistics, and guarantee vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation management and communication with dispatcher **Grupo Empresarial Pineda** requires a C3-licensed Driver for transporting delicate cargo (liquid or solid glass). We seek a responsible, committed individual with extensive experience in the safe handling of this type of cargo. A valid C3 driving license, academic high school diploma, and a minimum of five (5) certified years of experience in glass (liquid or solid) or delicate cargo transportation are required. Customer service knowledge, transportation services, telecommunications, and basic vehicle maintenance are essential. Key responsibilities include: operating articulated or rigid trucks weighing over 4,600 kg with three or more axles to transport goods, liquids, or heavy materials; estimating cargo weight and distribution to comply with safety and traffic regulations; ensuring both vehicle and cargo remain in safe condition to prevent damage; operating lifting or tipping devices for loading and unloading; managing permits and documentation for national or international routes; maintaining constant communication with the dispatcher regarding delays, incidents, or accidents; performing minor vehicle maintenance or promptly reporting issues to the workshop; and other duties related to the position. Required competencies include active listening, assertive communication, teamwork, time management, basic equipment maintenance, and the ability to work under pressure. Compensation includes a monthly salary of $2,800,000 plus a non-salary bonus of $500,000 for completing four (4) round trips per month.
