Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to support construction site activities, including reinforcement placement, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with the team to ensure quality and adherence to execution timelines. We seek someone who joins our **\#RumboSacyr** and helps us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support assigned construction site tasks. * Placement, tying, and cutting of reinforcements (steel bars) according to drawings and specifications. * Maintenance and proper use of construction tools and equipment. * Compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaboration with the construction team to ensure quality and adherence to execution timelines. **We Are Looking for a Candidate With the Following Requirements and Competencies:** * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in structural work. * Basic training in construction, trades, or related professional certification (valued). * Ability to work as part of a team, proactive attitude, and responsibility in assigned tasks. * Availability for geographical mobility and/or travel as required by the project. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an advantage. **What We Offer You:** * Professional development through continuous training and opportunities for internal mobility. * Integration into a dynamic, safe, and inclusive work environment that values diversity and talent.
