Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Quotation Representative to prepare accurate quotations, manage customer information, and maintain communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use digital tools and engage in continuous learning We are looking for a **Customer Quotation Representative**, who will be responsible for the following duties: * Prepare quotations based on customer requests and sales team input, using standardized templates and tools. Collect and validate customer information and requirements from the sales teams. * Enter customer data, product specifications, quantities, prices, and terms into the quotation system (CRM/CPQ). * Review quotations prior to submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with pricing policies. * Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers regarding quotations. Respond to customers' basic inquiries about quotations and escalate complex queries to the Quotation Supervisor or Sales Team. **Location:** Hybrid **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (aligned with U.S. time zone) Requirements: * Professional or student in final semesters * Advanced English level C1 (mandatory) * Experience in similar roles * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
