We are looking for a committed, responsible individual focused on meeting quality standards, with experience operating vertical saws and performing panel cutting processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for interpreting material cut lists to perform precise cuts according to technical specifications, safely operating the vertical saw, organizing cut materials in the assigned area, and ensuring work orders are completed within established timeframes. Additionally, they must perform basic machine adjustments when required, properly use measuring equipment, maintain order and cleanliness at their workstation, take care of assigned equipment, and comply with the company’s established safety procedures. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Minimum **2 years of experience** operating vertical saws. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting cut lists and blueprints. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Experience using measuring equipment. * Knowledge of particleboard and various wood types. * Ability to prepare and adjust work machinery. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: **$1\.850\.905** \+ commission allowance \+ statutory benefits. * Work location: **Bucaramanga**. * Project-based or task-based contract.
