This role combines project management skills with expertise in artwork and packaging development (Artwork Development), serving as the central coordination point among Marketing, Local Markets, Regulatory, Legal, creative agencies, design partners, prepress, and printing vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring workflow compliance, information quality, proper digital asset management, and coordination of multiple regional stakeholders to guarantee timely availability of materials and packaging aligned with business needs. **A Day in the Life of...*** Coordinate and monitor the Design-to-Delivery (D2D) flow for packaging innovation, renovation, and update projects across Latin America. * Create, manage, and track projects and workflows, ensuring milestone and timeline adherence. * Validate that input information, briefs, files, and technical specifications are complete and aligned prior to each project’s activation. * Review artwork and packaging materials to ensure alignment with approved briefs, mechanical layouts, technical specifications, and established design guidelines. * Coordinate creative agencies, design teams, prepress partners, printers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. * Manage validation cycles, consolidate feedback, and ensure timely tracking of approvals per agreed timelines. * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, driving corrective actions to maintain operational flow. * Ensure proper storage, archiving, and governance of master files, artwork files, and digital assets within established platforms. * Train and support marketing teams and regional stakeholders on D2D processes, tools, and best practices. **What Will Make You Successful*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * 4–6 years of experience in Artwork Development, Packaging, Marketing Operations, Project Management, design agencies, prepress, or related areas. * Practical knowledge of packaging development processes, artwork adaptation, technical specifications, and print file management. * Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in regional or multinational environments. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining control over timelines, quality, and compliance. * Familiarity with digital asset validation, approval, and document management processes. * Experience working with creative agencies, design teams, prepress, and printing vendors. * Ability to influence and follow up without direct authority, mobilizing regional teams toward results delivery. * Advanced English (mandatory) conversational proficiency.
