In this role, the individual will complete activities related to shipment receipt and documentation, goods receipt and documentation, and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping. **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving goods and reviewing documentation * Willingness to travel between locations as needed (Greater Bogotá area: Siberia and Paloquemado) * Completing food quality and safety folders using the ISSO format * Storing materials in various cold rooms * Loading goods for internal and external customers and controlling supporting documentation * Conducting cyclical inventories of materials and reporting counts to their immediate supervisor * Supporting internal customers with inquiries and reviews * Generating internal and external requests, dispatching supplies to agencies, controlling pending documentation. Providing timely and appropriate information to their immediate supervisor for inventory- and supply-related decision-making * Performing other duties assigned consistent with standard warehouse activities * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with all quality, food safety, and safety regulations * Packing products into cardboard boxes **Qualifications** **Minimum:** * Completed high school diploma or higher * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing or descending stairs, kneeling, squatting, and twisting safely; manual handling of loads with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including ambient heat, cold (2°C, -3°C, -18°C) * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice * Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in logistics * Availability to travel to Montevideo, where the plant is located **Preferred:** * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word * Experience using a computer * Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
