Interpretation of blueprints and compliance with technical regulations DisRed Soluciones S.A.S is seeking an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to join its team — a professional responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing internal and external electrical installation projects in residential buildings, commercial premises, and offices, guaranteeing quality, safety, and timely project delivery. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate, supervise, and execute internal and external electrical installations (power grids, service entrances, distribution panels, lighting, and power distribution). * Interpret electrical blueprints and verify that execution complies with designs and technical specifications. * Supervise, assign tasks, and control the quality of work performed by assigned staff (journeymen and assistants). * Carry out installation, maintenance, repair, and adaptation of power grids, circuit breakers, protective devices, and lighting fixtures. * Conduct operational, continuity, and voltage tests to diagnose, detect, and resolve electrical faults. * Supervise proper implementation of conduits, piping, and general cabling. * Monitor appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Coordinate activities with other construction site departments and report progress, updates, and material requirements. * Comply with and enforce electrical safety standards and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures. * Ensure final delivery of works in optimal operating condition, meeting quality and safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or technical/vocational degree in electricity or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and executing commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints. * Knowledge of current technical and electrical safety regulations. * Leadership ability, personnel management skills, and teamwork orientation. * Willingness to travel if required.
