This position helps UPS identify and overcome barriers that hinder the success of employees and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Assist customers with package-related inquiries and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary. * Stay informed about goals and performance outcomes. * Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics (e.g., customer survey scores, quality, customer impact time, and schedule adherence, etc.). * Propose ideas and solutions to enhance the UPS experience. **Requirements:** * Strong customer service skills and active listening ability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail. * Customer service or general administration experience: preferred. * High school diploma or higher; university degree preferred. * English proficiency preferred. * Office software skills.
