The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: H\&S TRAINING ANALYST** **YOUR ROLE WILL BE:** To design, implement, and manage strategies for optimizing and automating the H\&S training process, ensuring an efficient, standardized, and data-driven learning experience. You will comprehensively coordinate the execution of training programs, aligning internal and external stakeholders — including plant personnel, operational leaders, contractors, and suppliers — to ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and safety standards, thereby strengthening the organization’s preventive safety culture. **YOUR KEY CHALLENGES WILL BE:** * Design, implement, and manage H\&S training automation processes and tools, ensuring data integrity, record traceability, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate supplier logistics and manage internal training plans aligned with current Colombian legal regulations. * Manage the SAP procurement module to ensure proper control of departmental processes. * Administer and optimize the H\&S training budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization, cost control, supplier negotiations, budget execution tracking, and identification of savings opportunities without compromising training quality or program compliance. * Monitor and analyze H\&S training process performance indicators, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, legal requirements, and related audits, promoting continuous improvement and strengthening the safety culture. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree in administrative fields, engineering, or related disciplines. * Two (2\) years of experience in administrative roles focused on process optimization within manufacturing companies. * Basic knowledge of H\&S and advanced skills in developing/using technological tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, advanced LMS management, or Excel. * Occupational Safety and Health Course (50 Hours) **Work Location:** Bogotá **DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** **BUILD PROGRESS WITH US!** **\#HolcimColombia** DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
